Our registered manager is Nicola Norville who was appointed in April 2007 after working for many years at The Dementia Care Trust in Weston-super-Mare. Nicola has over 15 years in the care industry and is keen to expand the business into other areas.

There are 35 community carers of which 5 are senior carers at NVQ level 3 or above.
